The application process at iic group is structured into four steps:

Your application

Applications can be submitted at any time of the year. To be able to process your request in an efficient and timely manner, please send your application in electronic format to You will receive an online confirmation of receipt within 24 hours of submission. Telephone interview

If you and your meaningful application raised our interest, we will coordinate and arrange an individual appointment for a 30-minute telephone call. In this first call, we would like to get to know you and your personal background and to give you the chance to get to know us, our business and our style of working. If we mutually agree that a second conversation is of interest, we invite you to our offices in Munich in order to meet in person.

A personal interview

In one or more personal meetings we would then like to get to know you better from a personal and professional perspective. At the same time, we of course want to provide you with the opportunity of understanding our business and working environment. Therefore, you will meet not only members of the management but also potential future colleagues who are in a similar position as the one you applied for. For the personal interview, we would like to ask you to prepare a short presentation of yourself and your career path to date. After the presentation, we will have a short conversation followed by sufficient time for questions and answers. Further to that you will get the opportunity to speak with one of our consultants about working at iic group.

The decision

The hiring of new employees requires a joint and unanimous decision of several iic colleagues. Usually you will receive a message within the day of our last meeting to give an overall feedback as well as a final decision regarding the employment.

We have developed an application procedure consisting of different elements that allows you and us to gradually learn more about each other. And in order for you and us to know right away what awaits each other, you get to know not only the managing director, but also future colleagues.

When you have successfully completed all four steps, we warmly welcome you to the iic team. This is followed by a familiarisation phase, in which you get to know our internal processes in more detail and your colleagues more closely, while being prepared for project assignments.
