Introduction Phase

After successfully completing the application process, nothing now stands in the way of your career with us. We want you to get involved and feel at home with us from your very first day of work. 

It is with this in mind that we ease you in with a guided process in four steps.

Your Welcome Day

On your first working day you will get all important information about iic group and the affiliated companies. A tour through our facilities will be followed by the hand-over of your personal equipment, i.e. laptop, mobile phone and business cards. You will also be introduced to the most important internal processes. During the day or over lunch you will meet your new colleagues and we will also introduce you to the project team you will first be assigned to.

Your Project

As an implementation-oriented business consultancy, we strongly believe in our consultants gaining first-hand project experience from day two. Through this approach you will not only gain quick insights but you will also be able to directly apply your competencies and personality in daily work.

Your Personal Mentor

In order to assist you during your introduction phase and also in your personal career development at iic group, a personal mentor will be assigned to you from day one. He/she will be a member of iic’s senior management and will act as your point of contact for any career and business-related questions.

Your Training

Depending on your individual requirements and competence profile, you will receive professional training sessions related to both business and methodology within your first months at work. These sessions will either be held by internal experts or by external service partners. The goal is to transfer basic competencies that are relevant for every day project work in order to best accommodate to our clients. Additional trainings or development measures will be coordinated with your personal mentor.
